In the run up to Christmas, work by many of Britain’s leading craftspeople is on show in an annual seasonal selling exhibition at CAA, Present & Collect. Offering a range of high-quality gifts at accessible price points, as well as high-value collectors’ pieces, CAA’s beautiful London gallery has been transformed into a curated treasure trove, filled with a wealth of work by CAA members across eight disciplines: ceramics, furniture, glass, jewellery, metal, paper, textiles and wood.

From the useful to the beautiful, each handmade object available at CAA is a one-off, imbued with a mix of skill, innovation and tradition. Whether decorative, functional or wearable, all of the objects are designed to be cherished and would make thoughtful, meaningful gifts.

Christine Lalumia, Executive Director of CAA, comments:

“CAA is one of London’s oldest craft galleries and continues to represent some of the foremost British-based makers who work in ceramics and tableware, contemporary objects, solid wood furniture, jewellery and wearable textiles. Nevertheless, CAA is still one of London’s best kept secrets for gift shopping for the festive season…”

As the leading authority on high-end British craft, CAA is a trusted resource for collectors and first time buyers alike. With 350 maker members from all over the UK, the CAA gallery represents both leading and emerging names.

“We have something wonderful for every taste and every budget. Here at CAA, the joy of giving begins with finding and choosing the right gift from our wide range, which is just as diverse as our 350 strong maker membership, all of whom live and work in Britain,” says Lalumia. “Our artists hail from across the globe but are based in all corners of the country, and much of what’s on display you won’t find anywhere else in London.

If you are looking for an individual and rewarding present that will delight and stand the test of time, the CAA team is here for your needs, always happy to assist, recommend and inform.”
