Could you sleep out for one night and help raise funds and awareness for Toiletries Amnesty?
Toiletries Amnesty work with homeless shelters, womens refuges, mental health services, food banks, and other organisations to help combat hygiene poverty across the UK.
This year they are inviting people to sleep out at the CEO Sleepout and fundraise for Toiletries Amnesty. The charity works hard to reach and support as many people as they can, and this financial support will make a huge difference to the work Toiletries Amnesty can do.
If you’ve ever been in the situation of trying to make ends meet, or know someone who has, you’ll know that the simple basics like toothpaste and shampoo become too expensive to buy and other things have to take priority. There’s no need for anyone to be without basic hygiene items – you can help change this and put an end to hygiene poverty.
Are you brave enough to join the CEO Sleepout in London on 14th October 2019 and sleep rough for the night?
If you think you can make it, or you’d like to know more, please do drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or sign up directly at CEO Sleepout, letting them know you want to fundraise for Toiletries Amnesty.
If you’re planning to join the sleepout please let Toiletries Amnesty know, they’d love to thank you personally and share your fundraising story too.
And, if you can’t join them for the night, you can still sponsor them and get involved that way.
So far these four volunteers have signed up to sleep out for Toiletries Amnesty.
Your support would be very much appreciated. If you want to know what it’s like to join in the CEO Sleepout, you can read Karen’s report from last year (and learn from her sleeping bag mistakes!) over here.
