The Wonderful World of Advent Calendars ’19

December is fast approaching and time is running out to find the perfect advent calendar to count down to Christmas 2019. Have you ever found the perfect coffee but after having read the packaging realised it’s not the right grind for you? We have, and that becomes even more likely when it comes to advent calendars which tend to be “one size fits all”. Filled with 200ml bottles of prosecco, cava and sparkling wine without forgetting the 200ml bottle of Lanson Champagne to make sure the lead up to Christmas goes with a pop!

Frozen II Jewellery Advent Calendar – £18

With Frozen II now in cinemas and Frozen gifts bound to be best-sellers this Christmas we had to include an Elsa and Anna inspired advent calendar. We went for this cute jewellery calendar that comes with a charm bracelet and charms. Over 25 days they will discover a silver tone bracelet and charms of their favourite characters from Elsa to Olaf as well as sparkly snowflakes and glittery beads.

So, it may seem a little OTT but Fortnum & Mason have changed the advent game with this 25 day calendar. After all, for £200 you get enough treats to keep you covered for the entire festive period: Fortnums relish, Piccadilly piccalilli, rose petal jelly and biscuits as well as drinks including hot chocolate, gin, tea & coffee. There are lots of different LEGO calendars out there but with the Star Wars franchise having made a come back over the last few years we thought we’d go with this one.
