Severn Bridge Tolls Scrapped by End of 2018

Tolls on the two bridges across the River Severn, the M48 Severn Bridge and the M4 Second Severn Crossing will be scrapped by the end of 2018.

The decision, which reflects pledges in both the Labour and Conservative election pledges, will remove toll fees of £6.70 for ordinary cars and up to £20 for larger vehicles.

Highways England will operate the two bridges.
