NEW: The Art of Eating Well: Cookery Course (19-26 August 2017)

Ingredients will be sourced from local markets, vegetable gardens, olive groves and vineyards to create meals bursting with flavour and freshness. There will be top tips provided by The Watermill’s kitchen team, among them the owner Lois Breckon, plus an Italian grandmother, an organic farmer and the gardener’s wife.
