Cote d’Azur chateau hosts three luxury residential fitness retreats this year – salsa, tennis and Body Tonic

Learn the different dance disciplines of Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, Salsa and Kizomba on this four-day, fun all-inclusive residential retreat, led by dancers Juan Let’s Salsa and Simon and Becky Mascarenhas.
The retreat will cater for both beginners and experienced dancers wishing to improve their footwork skills. With a warm and vibrant teaching style, Juan has performed as a dancer and teacher in top London venues. Simon has a steadfast reputation as a smooth and relaxed dancer, teacher and choreographer. Having won many awards, Simon has made a number of big stage and film appearances, including ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ the big screen hit Cuban Fury in 2014.
Dancing will also be complimented by fun fitness activities designed to improve the core and leg muscle groups used in dance. These include core strengthening and fun swiss ball sessions, plus water and Latino aerobics and a tennis workshop. TENNIS ACADEMY – 4 – 8TH MAY 2017
The five-day all-inclusive event will cater for up to 18 guests, on a luxury all-inclusive basis. All meals, drinks and wines will be included and talented chef Jimmy Karl who will prepare healthy and delicious meals served around the chateau’s heated infinity pool, weather permitting or in its historic cloisters or elegant, period reception rooms.
Tennis sessions, held at a nearby club affiliated with Lou Casteou, will be led by Richie Baker and his experienced team of French and English tennis professionals. Richie is a Level 4 LTA coach, a Sports Physiotherapist and Specialist in musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Tennis coaching sessions will take place each morning, with singles or doubles played in the afternoons, as preferred by guests and organised by the pros. A tournament will be held, followed by a celebratory, closing dinner. Non-playing partners are also welcome to attend the event and can relax by the heated swimming pool, or visit local beaches and the many cultural and historic attractions the Cote d’Azur has to offer. Local town Frejus holds a Provencal market and the picturesque beaches of Agay and St. Aygulf are a short drive away.

BODY TONIC FITNESS RETREAT 17- 21st MAY 2017
Held in the beautiful French Riviera countryside the fitness retreat at Lou Casteou provides guests with a balance of energetic, fun training and vibrant latin dance classes, stunning coastal and mountain treks, balanced meals and chateau accommodation.
